HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

This self-assessing, action-taking program enables you to identify fundamental interests and opportunities and take the required action.

We encourage participants to prioritize their learning goals, maximize their experiences and return on investment while fully engaged in the comprehensive program.

Throughout this six weeks program, participants will meet for a;

  • Virtual group coaching sessions, with each, focused on the core areas of the program

  • Each session includes a mix of individual reflection or journaling

  • Small group discussions

  • Large group discussion

  • You will receive materials/exercises to best prepare for each session

  • You are also encouraged to commit to focused action following each session

  • Participants will join small learning teams of 4-5 people. These groups will meet between sessions, at their discretion, to dive more deeply into the content and engage in peer coaching
